Really great and detailed read...inspired me to get clay soap and use it on my body. I won't be ingesting it because I am on a lot of good supplements already but this is a great read and really affirms that we need minerals and clay is an excellent source.

thorough and easy to read, October 07, 2015

I have been looking for a book summarizing the benefits of taking clay internally, how much to take, when to take it and how to take it. I also wanted to know of any drawbacks or things I should consider when taking the clay. This book answers all my questions and makes me feel good about going ahead with clay supplementation. It is a quick read. It clearly lays forth an easy program with which I can follow.

I now eat dirt! (well clay) and have seen the improvements., October 02, 2015

We had been doing research on the many benefits of clay including discussions with several people who use clay as part of their overall body health. When I first heard about eating clay, I was very skeptical and a disbeliever but now I've been converted as I've has seen the improvements in others including our son (with ADHD). This book does an excellent job in explaining why and how clays work, which clays to use, and different ways to use it. If you're a new dirty eater like us, highly recommend you read this book to help you get more educated on why clay is good for the body. It's a quick read (took me less than an hour) and worth the investment.
