I own the previous 2 volumes, this is a synopsis of the previous 2 books in one. I like it but if you want to know what each configuaration is about research summaries in vol 1 & 2. I used page stickie notes on top of pages like tabs with a 3-5 word summary of each designs intent for easy reference.

The point prescriptions in this book are interesting, but they don't explain in what situation you would want to use them. I would have hoped there would have been more detail as to what pattern or disharmony these points would have helped with, instead of just saying it works on the "causal" levels of a human being. I have not read the first two books, I have watched his first DVD- which is what interested me in this book. I've read a lot of Alice Bailey books through Djwal Khul (Master DK) and understand the terminology, but thought that the descriptions were very vague. As a practitioner, I want to make sure I am giving the best treatments I can for my patients- and without a thorough understanding of what I'm trying to accomplish with a point prescription, I don't want to use them as guinea pigs.

The book is the best go-by book to own in your energy medicine library that you will pull from the shelf again and again! It is unusual in the information and the straightforward manner of presentation. It is easy to use and understand. Esoteric acupuncture will change your life and allow life information to reach you in different ways. His diagrams are creative and accurate in their paths for energy movement.
I would buy this book again. I own three of his books!

Only wish it was still being printed with spiral back. Much easier to reference in clinic that way. Oh well, still need the book.

If you are looking for the workbook edition this is not the one you are looking for (sold by tools for wellness fulfilled by amazon); it is mislabeled. This is the paperback edition. Don't underestimate the convenience of the spiral bound edition vs. the paperback. It is much easier to work from. Just a heads up- this review has nothing to do with the quality of the book. I wrote this so that hopefully they will label the book properly in the future.
