Excellent book explainig the relationship between hindu and chinese traditional medicine. This book in not only good on theory but contains lots of practical examples on the use of chakra points.

Thoroughly researched findings. I have read quite a few books on chakras and how to use their energy. Most of them are unfounded information copied from others but Dr Cross has done very thorough research on each chakra and uses them in his daily practice. Recommend to anyone.
