All the tubes arrived crushed and one was open. This is a terrible way to package cream. And to stuff it in an envelop is not adequte for this.

I ordered this product 3-15-13 from the Swiftt Group. By 3-26-13 no product received. I called Amazon, they referred me to the seller, which I'd called 5-6X's. The answers I received from my inquiry's were 1) the order was shipped but was returned to seller for an 'unknown reason'. 2) the item was 'out of stock' when I ordered, (not true, I would not have ordered) and as of 3-29-13 the product will be shipped in 2 business days. I received the product on 4-1-13. THE ORDER WAS TOTALLY INCORRECT. Refund necessary. I called Amazon and spoke with c/s agent 'Linda' who had handled Me and the situation with grace. Thanks Linda. She then referred me to her manager, David, who had returned me to some semblance of calm with his authority to right this wrong, at no expense to me. Thanks David. I then called the seller, The Swiftt Group and spoke to Mr. Patel Palak and he, thanks to the email David had sent earlier, already knew that my order was late, incorrect and shipped without packing slip or a return label, just the WRONG product. Mr. Palak offered to re-ship the correct order within 2 business days. I DON'T THINK SO...just send me a return label and give me my refund as I've had enough.
I might also add that my situation is not unusual, as I am a senior living alone in a wheelchair, lives with my 2 Chihuahua's and I NEED to order most of my items on line. And the item that I needed to order was 'denture adhesive' which when the dentures are secure, I can eat. Since this delivery had taken 2.5 weeks and it still arrived incorrect, I lost it. But David promised to correct the order and have it shipped to me next day 3-3-13.
I LOVE ORDERING FROM AMAZON!!! (be extra careful of the sellers). Mind you, that the 5 stars are for the PRODUCT, and ZERO star for the seller, THE SWIFTT GROUP...

I have tryied other Fixodent products, And other ones none of them fit better or last longer.none of the other products will last over night this will.
