Product Description:

Reflexology is increasing in popularity as more people turn towards natural forms of medicine. This is a practical introduction, full of diagrams, photographs, and clear advice on using reflexology to treat medical problems. The basis of reflexology is that areas in the foot correspond to different parts of the body. The art of reflexology is to recognize any imbalances and correct them through manipulation.

The book starts with an introduction to the origin of reflexology and then covers how reflexology works, the reflex areas of the feet, the position of the reflex areas, how to give treatment, general advice on treatment, the complete treatment to cover the whole body from the brain to the lymphatic system, specific treatments for particular ailments, and possible reactions to treatment. Let this Collins Gem introduce you to the theory and practice of reflexology. It gives you a clear, step-by-step guidance to help you understand and practice the benefits of reflexology.

this Kindle book is a must if you are starting Reflexology. There are some differences in technique, but I'm glad I have it handy when I see clients.

The book is full of useful information for beginners. And it's great because I do not feel overwhelmed with big words. I just wish it was longer.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  This Reflexology Book is basic, yet it has helped me GREATLY! Very happy with my purchase!, February 09, 2014

For the low price I paid of 1.99, I am delighted and suprised with the information and illustrations in this book.
And since I was looking for an easy to understand and easy to use book, this is exactly what I have found in this book.

+ Easy to follow instructions on how and where on the foot or hand to massage each how to has an illustration next to it.

+ Illustrations are larger than I thought in this book and very easy to see on my 10.1 tablet, but a little small on my 7 inch one.

+ Best section for me is the one on how to relieve shoulder pain. Since on and off I have this pain, I found that doing a self massage exactly where illustrated in this book STOPPED my shoulder pain in about 10 minutes!

Are you looking for a basic book on Reflexology that is reasonable in price has great information and easy to follow? :Look no more---you have found a great book!
