It does shows and explains the art of Shiatsu but I prefer his other book (Shin Tai the Evolution...) better because it's more up to date.

Well, any book by Saul Goodman is worth having. If you want to develop a deeper understanding of what bodywork is about and the role you play then Saul's books are a must. He is a pioneer in this field in ways which are not addressed so much by other Shiatsu teachers. Thanks Saul
