It's a great book, but you still need to take the class actually......, March 12, 2013

Like all things you learn engineering or medicine, theory and book methods do explain a lot, without working with a machine by take it apart and put it back several times and then take apart a body and put it back several times, it is very hard to grasp what the hell is going on. I learned a lot from Ohasi center for Meridians. If you don't understand Meridians yet, it is a good place to start for Westerns. A message student who don't understand what diseases or meridians you are work with, it would be really waste of time for you. So I recommend all of you learn some what about meridians. :)

This book is a must for shiatsu practitioners. While it is the text for the beginning Ohashiatsu classes, as a graduate, practitioner and instructor, I refer back to this text all the time. There is so much information in this book that a beginning student just cannot absorb in the 30 hour course. Keep this on your reference shelf.
