Dirty and a bit sticky, spine corners bent and depressed, the cover cleaned up with a bit of cleaner on a paper towel. Pages in good condition- all accounted for, free of markings/writing/highlighting. A bit of stain on vertical edge. Moderate delivery time (apprx 7days from order).

Had to buy for a tuina class I'm teaching. Does not use any of the pinyin terms for the movements. Written in stilted ESL prose and not too useful for students home reading. Pictures are grainy and movements are not described in an easily understood way.
