Do-in for Shiatsu Practitioners, September 12, 2011

A good book for Do-in (self administered shiatsu). If you are already trained as a shiatsu practitioner then this book will be a great addition to your library. There are some points listed in this book that is not in the Complete Book of Shiatsu by Toru Namikoshi.
If you are not a trained shiatsu practitioner, then the book may be an interesting read, but you won't really get the full benefit of the book.
Another important note is that this book is EXACTLY The same as "Shiatsu + Stretching" by Toru Namikoshi... It has a different cover and title, but the content is the same.

Although well written and illustrated, this book is difficult for a beginner like me to understand. It did, however, make me want to know more!!
