The focus of this issue is on contemporary clinical endodontics. As there have been several fundamental changes in the specialty of endodontics over the last years, the purpose of this issue is to inform our dental colleagues about these changes. Each article offers realistic information, most of which can be put to immediate use in clinical practice. As such, the clinician will benefit directly from the up-to-date information in this issue.
