The current study was performed to prepare a fully natural endodontic irrigant solution from castor oil and papain enzyme, and evaluate its physical, chemical, biological, and clinical requirements. This was done through the FTIR test, surface tension test, pH measurement, Biocompatibility, Antibacterial action of the solution, Microleakage, the effect of solution on the smear layer removal, Pushout shear bond strength test, the effect of storage time 6 months on the antibacterial action, and smear layer removal.
