Product Description:

This book serves as an introductory for dental students and a refresher source for general practitioners. The book attempts to incorporate most recent advances in endodontics while at the same time not losing the sight of basics, therefore, making the study of endodontics easier and interesting. Advances in endodontics have been made continuously, especially after Pierre Fauchard described the pulp very precisely. Endodontics showed the improvement in anesthesia and radiographs for better treatment results. The better vision, better techniques of biomechanical preparations and obturation are being developed resulting in the simpler, easier and faster endodontics with more predictable results. In an attempt to improve the book further, clinical case-photographs and radiographs are provided for better understanding of the subject.

2.0 out of 5 stars.  Poorly written, April 03, 2017

I will be beginning dental school in a few months and purchased this textbook to expand my knowledge of diseases affecting the pulp of a tooth and endodontic surgery. To my dismay, nearly every sentence contains a grammatical error of some sort. However renowned the Indian authors of this textbook may be, their command of the English language would not be acceptable for a college paper, let alone a standardized textbook.
