Dr.s Gutmann and Harrison really did a stellar job in gathering the information in this NOVEL for the Endodontist. I just wish there was another printing in the works. Perhaps I will talk with Dr. Gutmann and see if there are any future plans, perhaps to include Dr.'s Rubenstein and Kim. Kudos to you both for a Surgical BIBLE well done! JJ
