Joan is wonderful, she has a beautiful way of explaining things. I love the meditation exercises in the book, I find them quite powerful. For anyone who's looking to learn more about meditation and self-healing, Joan is the perfect source to start with.

The authors are both dynamic and so is the book. Excellent for exercising your mind to perform to the level that it was originally intended for. Thanks to the authors for guiding me on a path of self-discovery.
