Excellent shoe for the medical profession: once broken in they can easily be worn all day without your feet hurting; they are also very easy to clean with alcohol wipes (spilled body fluids) They are not as sloppy on the feet as the Super-Birki clog and much lighter weight. The foot-beds are replaceable so you don't need to buy a new pair of shoes until the soles wear out. They stay on your feet when walking and therefore do not come off when pulling/pushing wheelchairs, beds and carts. I own several pairs and rotate the wearing of them since they are made of a plastic/hard foam and not really breathable--but I have never had fungus problems in 20 years as I wear 100% cotton socks with them always.

I've heard that Birkenstock is discontinuing this style... that makes me SOOO sad because these are the only Birki clogs I've found that fit medium to narrow feet well; the other styles are just too wide. These clogs get my feet through a 12+ hour shift with no foot discomfort at all.

I've ordered these shoes in the past and I was satisfied. However this time I was sent two right shoes instead of a pair which happened to be a HUGE inconvenience especially since I could only be refunded as opposed to getting my shoes replaced.

All sizes are too wide, even though they state narrow. I usually wear the 41N, but these are made big. Even with the thickest of boot socks, they are too wide. Not the the usual birks.

I ordered these to replace a previous pair that were well worn. The new pair (same size) seems snug. But I think I read somewhere they could stretch out a bit. It's been awhile since the buying the last pair, so I don't remember if they were snug to start as well. At any rate, these are probably the most comfortable shoes I own. All my foot pain goes away when I wear these shoes! This is probably my third or fourth pair in the last 10 or 12 years and I have found nothing else that my feet love better!
