Tablets work fine but not sure the sonic cleaner makes a difference. Tried the sonic cleaner a couple times then just a glass w/water and the tablets; you;d not see any difference.

Great for retainers/Invisalign braces

I have to say, I am impressed with these cleaning tablets. I currently have Invisalign braces and this stuff actually works to keep them clean. You do not need to use the vibrate function on the retainer holder. I only turn that on for a minute just because I am cheap and don't want to be putting batteries in it every week.
