  • New content reflects the move toward the paperless dental office and new technology in the industry, specifically in the areas of scheduling, bookkeeping, electronic record regulations, and insurance coding.
  • Original practice exercises, designed to be used in conjunction with the practice management software, expose you to a more realistic dental office environment.
  • What Would You Do? scenarios mimic the types of issues you will deal with in practice and encourage you to put your knowledge to work on realistic situations.

  • Dentrix Learning Edition practice management software offers a flexible range of options to help you learn the ins and outs of a professional practice management software program and fully prepare you for work in an actual dental office.

4.0 out of 5 stars.  I like this version because it has been updated, October 05, 2015
By N. Kehr
I like this version because it has been updated. It is a good overall for becoming familiar with the dental field. this alone won't prepare a student thoroughly, but in conjunction with working Front Desk in a dental proactive, this should be a great support.

3.0 out of 5 stars.  Shipping Issues, June 08, 2014
By Alecia Webb
I needed this book for my classes, and paid for my for 2-3 day shipping. I had to contact the seller twice before actually receiving my book. The first time they apologized for the delay, and refunded my shipping. 3 days later my book had been shipped to the other side of the country. I contacted the seller a 2nd time and they apologized again. They then refunded my entire purchase and sent me a new book that arrived 2 days later. So I gave them 3 stars. It was a headache dealing with this, and it put me behind in my school work. The customer service was decent, and I eventually got my book that's why I am giving them 3 stars (Bedford Book Company) This is the workbook and comes with the CD. The Textbook does not.

4.0 out of 5 stars.  Got a little confused, September 14, 2012
By A Customer
I bought this book thinking it was the textbook because they look just alike and are both softcover but obviously it says WORKBOOK. Me and my classmate did the exact same thing. I haven't used it because the workbook isn't required. Im going to sell it.
