Is a useful tool to introduce dentistry students in the immunology of oral diseases, and for all people who wants to understand the role of immune physio-pathologic mechanisms that govern the oral cavity and related organs. The text is accomplished by illustrations that clearly explains the multiple factors involved in the immune response, and how these contribute to preserve or to damage the oral health. It is a recommendable book for students, practitioners and specialists, interested on the immunological aspects of oral health and disease.
