My headset feels very flimsy and cheap. There's also really bad feedback and overall poor quality from the speaker. I don't know how it sounds on the other end to judge the microphone. It's a complete rip-off for the price. I'd say it's worth more like $10.

It Simply Works. GN Headsets are a cut above others (including Plantronics).
I bought this refurb to use at work, no problems. It is an excellent refurb.
In more than two decades in telecom I have issued many headsets, Plantronics went downhill fast and GN has proved for many years to be the superior headset in the office. I have rarely (never?) had problems with them even in daily call center use.
So I bought this one myself to use in my present job (at a State university-rather than have them give me a used-by-others Plantronics), and the refurb unit was excellent. Worked 'out of the box' and it was clean and a great refurb.
I am very happy with this headset (paired with the GN 1200 cable).

Collossal fail for call centers, November 03, 2015

A batch were acquired for a busy officeenvironment, call center as a replacement to the now discontinued GN2000 series.
The performance was so incredibly bad (callers couldn't be heard, low background noise rejection) that the users they were given to demanded that they be taken back ASAP. When contacting the manufacturer (Jabra) they suggested that users considering this application utilizeBIZ1920 Mono Noise Cancelling Qd Connect Noise Cancel Mic instead.

Replaced my Plantronics Vista series amp and Supra Plus headset with this headset, and couldn't be more pleased with the good step up in build and sound quality.
