This seems to be good quality. People can hear me clearly but the only way I can hear them well is by pressing the headset against my ear. I've tried to adjust it but all it does is hang just enough away from the ear that I can barely hear.

Be warned - while this works ok, I would spend more and get something more comfortable. It's not that. It also howls with my portable phone that I use it with - Sounds hollow - feedback on the ring - it's picking up the sound from it's earpiece...

Bought this to use wit the Panasonic KX-TGEA20S clipped to my belt or pocket for hand free use. I'm told by those I am talking to that the volume is loud and clear. This product is not good in windy conditions but better if used with the wind shield similar to those found on Plantronics Bluetooth headsets.
Although I can be heard loud and clearly, this headset doesn't have the loudest volume for listening even with the headset volume adjustment set to high or (+).
Overall, I do like this headset and plan to keep buying them as needed.
