It was shown to be used with our current headset as a replacement but it was not.
The company this came from did not have the correct piece so this was returned.

Great headset - great service, April 18, 2014

I have used the Plantronics CS50 for years and mine finally wore out. headset received in good condition. I had to call Plantronics to get it set properly but their customer service is first rate and they had me all set in minutes. Every call to the company in the past years has been the same - unbelievable service! Headset works just like my last one and fits my needs perfectly.
