For $200 all it does is delete the phone receiver. Complete waste of money., January 22, 2016

Got this through work, but so disappointed at what it can't do, I won't be using it--I'll just continue to use the headset on my cell phone.
This headset DOES NOT have one-touch call answer/end unless you buy a special cord which overrides the phone. I even called Plantronics customer support as I was sure I was doing something wrong--nope. To make or answer a call, You need to open a line on the phone (my office uses Avaya 4610SW phones), press the headset button on the phone, then press the large middle button on the headset--are you FREAKING KIDDING ME--what a joke! To end a call, I have do a slightly different procedure: press the large middle button on the headset, press a different button on my phone to end the call, then press the headset button on the phone again.
Pros: Let me preface by stating that since this is so inconvenient to use, the pro's are cancelled out by the fact that the headset is BACK IN ITS BOX and being returned, so the pro's don't really matter, but here you go: -The headset does do an acceptable job of cancelling out background noise -Separate volume controls for the ear pieces and the microphone, which is nice. -I was able to get range walking all around my office floor (+/- 50 fee)
Cons: -Build quality felt cheap: one ear piece rotated easily, while the other earpiece felt like it was grinding in its base (other plantronics headsets I've used had a superior feel). -Headset dock appears as though it was designed for a different headset--the outside earpiece (the one without the mic) flops against the base of the dock, and can move around, making you unsure if the headset is properly docked. -This is purely a matter of preference, but the headband provides little tension (which may be a plus if you are wearing this for a long period of time), making the headset feel as though it's about to fall off.
Conclusion: absolute waste of money
