This is a long awaited comprehesive textbook of intravenous anesthesia, edited by Paul White, M.D., PhD.. There are excellent chapters on the pharmacodynamics and pharmakokinetics of the most frequently utilized I.V. agents of all classes. The section on Basic Intavenous Anesthetic Techniques gives the clinician all the information needed to safely journey through the realm of this controversial arena.
This excellent resource should be included in every anethetist's library.
