I am a dental hygienist who is interested in picking up her CDA credential and I purchased this package (workbook, text, and instrument flash cards) to brush up. Wow, what a review! It contains the latest info including a blurb on stem cells. The pictures are amazing. Don't underestimate its content since it is directed at the DA, it is a sophisticated publication. With all due respect, I have discovered several typos since starting my studying, though.
