This book is the first one I've read that gets to the heart of how professionals can connect with clients. I spent a lot of time trying to convince people of how much I know and how I can them. After reading this book I now spend less time talking about my processes and more time building relationships and earning trust. It's working well for me.

The author, Paul Homoly was a speaker for a recent meeting my department hosted and he is amazing. He held the audience in the palm of his hand and his book reinforces his message beautifully. It is informative and gives very good supportive examples. I immediately ordered 37 copies of the book to send to the attendees.
