We bought two; one for me and one for my wife. My wife's stopped working within a year, so we were able to utilize the warrante. Mine stopped working within two years. Too Late. This is not worth buying for one or two years of use. I now have purchased a Pursonic High Power. We will see how it does.

I did love this while it lasted. I would have replaced the battery, but they stopped selling the toothbrush heads in stores. I have gone through many oral-b products, they do not seem to last very long.

Great brush and teeth feel great after brushing

I have owned this brush for about 5 years without any problems. Great brush and teeth feel great after brushing. I replaced my Oral B 5000 on advice of my hygienist. Holds charge a couple of weeks and have travelled extensively with it with no problems. About a year ago, my dentil hygienist gave me a couple brush heads that were lying around the office. I now need new brush heads and as far as I can see, the Oral B Sonic Complete has been discontinued and brush heads are now very expensive and come in package of three. Not sure whether to continue with Sonic Complete or purchase new Philips top of the line sonic brush that comes with great reviews. Probably buy new heads and see if the price of the Philips ($189) comes down over the next year.
