This is a practical book by a pioneer in dentistry who doesn't mind exposing the fraud of his industry. I had eleven mercury fillings replaced by a biologic dentist and this book encouraged me to go through with it. I feel much better now that that poison is out of my mouth and working it's way out of my body. Thanks Dr. McGuire. One day mercury fillings will have gone the way of cigarettes and it's people like him we'll have to thank for it.

I am in the process of having my five amalgam fillings extracted and replaced with composite resin fillings. I only have one more to go. Since my dentist does specialized work with mercury fillings, I'm sure she'll be pleased that I have this book. One thing I've learned but a little too late--think twice about getting root canals. I had two of them about 20 years ago. After periodic and painful flare-ups I had to have the one tooth extracted. The reason for 20 years of misery was that it was a top molar very close to the sinus roof. The second root canal, next door to the bad one, hasn't given me any problems. But I'd never have another one after reading about the damaged done to your system. I highly recommend this book.

Tom McGuire's other book entitle Mercury Detoxification is much better! Very informative & complete! I am following Dr. McGuire's program right now & will have all my fillings removed within the next 6 mo.
