This book will give you more information than any dentist visit could ever give. If you want better teeth, read this book. Simple as that

Let me Start by saying that I come from a house where my mother made me use baking soda to brush my teeth, floss and no sodas or candy. I never really understand why or the ramifications. After reading this book, it breaks understand teeth, gums and oral hygiene into basic math. Now I understand why :-) great book, I learned a BUNCH!!!!
