2.0 out of 5 stars.  Extensively marked inside., October 10, 2012
By KK
THe book was sold as in very good shape. The book contains two practice tests. Every question of each test is marked. I would not have purchased this product if I had known that all answers were already filled in and written on. THis is the first time I have ever been displeased with a textbook purchased online.

4.0 out of 5 stars.  Reasonable tool, July 27, 2011
By Ram Rod
This book appears quite reasonable to use as a study aid. Like most reviewers commented; there is no answer key from the board. Thus, the authors seem to (much like me) scratched their heads over quite a few questions without a true correct answer. The major draw for me was REAL board questions (many are outdated, but many concepts remain pertinent)with a brief summary of their reasoning and why each answer was correct or incorrect. Do not use it as your only tool, but part of a well rounded approach to the terror of the ABA board exam.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  A GREAT BOOK, October 22, 2010
By nd
I have just received my passing score for the written boards and this was a book I went over twice before the real test. It is GREAT!!! I have been recommending it to everyone studying for the boards. The more questions one can do before the exam, the better, and the resources are slim when it comes to questions that have full explanations of correct AND incorrect answers. This book is necessary to succeed, in my opinion.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  studied this one heavily for written boards, January 30, 2010
By Kelly Cola (Augusta, Ga)
I used this book heavily for written boards. Did get frustrated when some comments in book were: The entire faculty of Stanford couldn't figure out this answer," or "there was no right answer for this one." That was frustrating. however, with careful study and effort, I passed written boards!

4.0 out of 5 stars.  Boerd Review, August 01, 2007
By Test taker
Excellent resource. I just took the ASA intraining exam to determine board eligibility and found many questions that were directly related to the questions in the book. The editors could have done a better job of spell-checking but that is a minor complaint.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Must have for board prep, June 23, 2006
By J Richards (Boston, MA)
This is the only book I found that attempts to provide answers to an actual ABA exam -- good for practice testing. The authors seem to do their best to tackle some of the controversial questions.
