Malnutrition is a major problem faced by world and even economic growth has not had much effect on its prevalence.It is now known that most of the developmental parameters are clearly and unequivocally affected by extremes of malnutrition, but its influence on dental development has not been studied much, as the effect of nutrition on growth of other living tissues.This work is an effort to find out how nutritional status of a child correlates with the dental development.
