I love these scrubs. The sizes are hard to decifer sometimes. I am a BBW, 5'6" & 300lb. I ordered a 4x and was swimming in the waist. I do not have the luxury of a ghetto booty, just a flat white girl issue. I usually wear a 24W in jeans, sweats, etc. I had to return these but plan on ordering over and over until I get my correct size. They are made well, love the pockets, LOVE DICKIES brand, just do your research and get the right size! You won't be disappointed. They are NOT like traditional scrubs. More like thick, stretchy yoga work pants. I won't buy anything else. I will update this review when I find my true size in case there is anyone else out there with my body type and wondering which to order.

 Sizing not working for me, April 14, 2017

I'm 5'6, 130-135# with a pretty straight frame, not much happening in the hip area. I purchased these in SMALL and they were too small and too short. If worn at the waist, they fit my waist but were too short (barefoot). If worn at the hips to make them long enough, they were too tight on the hips. There was no way for me to make them work, which is a shame because I really liked the material, color, and the idea of an elastic, non drawstring, waistband.
I then ordered them in a MEDIUM TALL and I was swimming in them. They looked like pajama pants on me, completely unfitted and baggy. I thought maybe I overdid it, so I purchased a different pair of Dickies pants, Dickies Women's Gen Flex Fit Contrast Stitch Cargo Pant, Black, Small in a SMALL TALL. I couldn't find the xtreme stretch elastic waist in a small tall. These pants are too big as well, but I kept them because quite frankly I was tired of returning scrubs. If I roll them at the waist and then tie the drawstring, I can make them work, although they still look baggy.
I can't say much else about the xtreme stretch elastic waist because I never found a fit that worked well enough for me to wear them out of the house. Small tall probably would have been work-able, but those are hard to find, even on the actual Dickies website.

I'm a nurse, and I wear scrubs five days a week. I have several sets of these scrubs, and I love them. The colors are nice - navy tops always match navy pants, grey always matches grey. They are soft and just stretchy enough to be really comfortable. The leg pocket is the perfect place for my cell phone, which I use frequently. I do wish they were an inch or two longer, but that's just how they fit on me. Very good quality for the price.

I am so happy with these Scrub pants! I prefer elasticized pants as opposed to drawstring because I don't have to worry about my behind showing when I bend over. These are soft and silk and what I love most is that they don't attract lint!! They are a thinner material but still very flattering due to their fluid drape. I wear a size 16/18 and the XL fit great. I got both the blue and black and will be getting more.

These scrub pants are so soft and comfortable! They are well worth it for the price and is now my favorite scrub pants! I went down a size and ordered an XS for I am petite. Im usually a size small for most regular pants but for scrub pants, I have learned to go down a size or the fit will be too baggy or big. I am 5'4 and the length of the pants was a bit long but using it as a high waist pants and with crocs, the length is perfect. Im definitely buying another one!

I love these scrubs, I am 6'0" and I have a difficult time finding scrub bottoms that are long enough, these fit great and are very comfortable. They wash well and are a good shade of navy that match well with other brands navy tops. You can't beat the quality for this price. I will be purchasing these again.
