My husband is a dentist so I have bought a few of these kits. We first got one as a gift when our daughter turned one, and she had a blast taking everything out of the bag and putting it back in. I have also thrown the whole set in the washer because she went to town on it one day when she was teething and it came out fine. I will say you can definitely tell they are hand made when you compare two sets side by side but still good quality.
