I bought this for my son when his first tooth became loose. When it fell out I presented him with his "tooth buddy" and told him the tooth fairy gave it to him so she knew where to find his tooth! It added extra excitement to his first visit. The pocket is the perfect size for his tooth, but it's a little small to put bills in. You could put bills under his cap, though. The doll itself is much larger than I was expecting, but is a great size for a kiddo to cuddle with.. Although the tooth pocket does not have a closure so I wouldn't suggest letting them sleep with it when a tooth is in the pocket!

Very cute tooth fairy pillow for a little boy. The pocket is a bit small and it's difficult for the tooth fairy to take the tooth out at night. However, it keeps the tooth from falling out in bed by mistake.

Big stuffed plush. Fabric was bent making it awkward for the tooth fairy to leave $. Cute stuffed tooth though and appropriate for a boy which is hard to find.
