The power of water when using is good but Quality of the product is too bad I'm ordered August 7 not even two weeks it's notwork anymore August 18 turn it on work for two seconds and stop I'm trying to charged 24 h even charged for two days but nothing kind of disappointed for the price that I pay

Really badly made. Unit broke -- just stopped working for no apparent reason. Customer service did not replace it even though it is within the warranty service. Waste of money!

When it worked it was great. About a month ago something must have broke internally because the floss cartridges don't stay on the device anymore so it's impossible to use. So worked great for 3 months then pooped itself.

I'm embarrassed to say this but before I got this product I didn't floss every day 😷. Due to me getting braces I decided to go with a regular store bought water flosser and I thought that was the best thing ever until I had my next dental cleaning. During the cleaning I could smell the nastiness in my mouth and felt so ashamed that I had to get something immediately. Manual flossing was a last resort due to it taking forever with my braces. Before I got braces I watched a ton of videos and in one of those videos I saw someone advising other brace faces to try this out but I was skeptical and the cost was well... expensive for me. After smelling what I smell at my dental appointment money was no object, I immediately ordered this and it has changed everything. I now floss twice a day and it takes 3 to 4 minutes and it gets the job done. I recently went to get another cleaning and one thing that I noticed was that I didn't have a bad smell while getting cleaned which is freaking awesome and means that I no longer have bad breath. After the appointment I told my dentist that I haven't used traditional floss in the last couple months and she was amazed, so amazed that she told me to bring the Jetpik in to my next appointment so that she could see it. P.S. my wife is so jealous that I spend so much time when I brush my teeth, told me that I was obsessed and I must admit I am.
Update- I received this product at the end of April 2017 and today is 18 Aug 17 and the worst thing ever happened... No water pressure in the middle of my morning routine. Product was excellent while it lasted but this suck so bad.
