This was recommended by my dental hygienist for the benefits to dry mouth. Have not noticed a great improvement in first month and if no noticeable change in second month will go to much easily obtained product.

This stuff is A-MAZING. If you have any kind of cavities that give you lingering pain then this is absolutely the stuff for you. After a childhood full of refusing to properly brush my teeth and chewing gum to freshen my breath, I'm paying for it as an adult with quite a few cavities on my back teeth I'm working on fixing. I was at the point where I literally could NOT eat on the right side of my mouth and with I drank cold drinks I had to maneuver the drink to the other side of my mouth so it didn't touch those teeth. My dentist recommended this because some people have different pH levels and bacteria in their mouth which accelerate cavity growth. After using this for TWO days I was able to start chewing on both sides of my mouth and didn't have to take the max dose of Ibuprofen and Acetaminophen every day to keep the pain away.
