20 Years of Guided Bone Regeneration in Implant Denistry*** 2nd Edition...***Let's put the 't' back in 'Dentistry' please?
Dr. Buser's book is a must-reference resource for any dentist writer/editor such as myself, as well as any practitioner involved in the interdisciplinary phases of craniofacial regenerative care and implantology, which is now, thankfully, enjoying mainstream clinical focus thanks to these expertly chronicled 20 solid years of success behind it. I recommend this text for restorativists, periodontists, OMSs, and prosthodontists.
That said, this review is directed to the proofreading/copyediting staff at Amazon, with attention to Dr. Buser---the title above was copied and pasted as it appears on the books home page on the Amazon Web site. Probably a good idea not to misspell 'Dentistry' in a write-up for a definitive DENTAL textbook. Hope someone sees and CORRECTS this.

This was a very easy to read book while covering each subject in an organized and thorough manor. It covered pretty much everything you will need to know about GBR including a step wise methods and recap of each chapter. Well worth the money and a fantastic tool if you do any kind of bone grafting.

This book will transform your hatred of dental school "perio = scaling and root planing" into a real love of the field. Buser and his colleagues have produced a very readable and informative guide of the finer points of GBR used in conjunction with implant fixture placement. The treatment philosophy and techniques discussed in this book set the standard for implant treatment planning (from a surgical perspective).
