I'm midway through my required "Nursing Success" class, and we haven't even cracked this book. I'm not sure why the book is even on the list of requirements for the class. There are a few interesting things that I have pulled from the book, but I wouldn't say that the students really needed to purchase this book.
If you're "required" to have this book for class, I recommend that you shoot an email to your professor and ask if it's really necessary.

This book was an overpriced regurgitation of simple rules for entry-level students in this career field. I think the class could have gone on just fine without this textbook. I did not learn anything new from this book. Very basic. Not helpful at all.
