I'm glad I read the reviews before purchasing. I, too, can not chew, for another 1-2 months, due to surgery. I have had choking problems in the past and now, that I can not chew, I'm really scared. And when I read that the recipes have rice, and offering popcorn, I knew that this was NOT the book for me. Thanks
I will look for another book to buy!
