I was ready think this would be a much used and worn out tale. Wrong! Not only is it very good but it grows on you. One of a number of examples is the tooth fairy expletive, "Crumwagit!"Illustrations are lovely and fit. There is adventure and then a classic ending when that which happened was real rather then a dream. The concept of a bumbling tooth fairy is cute. With inflation the 1995 story leaves silver dollars. I was thrilled with dimes.
