The Only Mouth You've Got, April 02, 2013

The book is designed to introduce children to the good results one gets with proper dental care and the effects of poor dental care...and all that goes with it. The pages seek to stress the good outcomes for teeth and the mouth as opposed to poor diet and all the other facets of good dental care. I see it as a valuable adjunct in the fight for good nutrition, healthy food intake and the regular and appropriate visits to a dentist and dental practitioner. It seeks to teach the child that the responsibility for growing up healthy in mind, body, spirit may very well start with the mouth and teeth and does it in a manner the child should be able to understand. We could all benefit from books like that. Here's a 4 star vote based on need and a new approach. It sure can't hurt.

This is a great little book with cute illustrations. Makes it easy to show little ones that brushing and good tooth care is easy and smart. Makes a wonderful gift.

Disappointing for the $$, January 15, 2013

I bought this book to try and educate my kids on the necessity of good oral hygiene. The illustrations are mediocre and the story line is dull and flat at best. More $ is not always better quality as i have learned from this purchase. 6.95$ would have been a more appropriate asking price.
