The pictures are rudimentary and so are the writing and ideas. My preschooler isn't that into it, but maybe I'll try again now that he is more into dinosaurs.

A Very Short Picture Book About a Dinosaur Who Doesn't See the Point in Brushing Until it Gets a Toothache, September 19, 2013

This is a very simple, short picture book (9 pages). The illustrations are basic but do look good. The text appears on the same page as the illustrations, however the entire text illustration combo page only takes up the middle column if you divided the page into three in landscape or the top third to half in portrait mode. If the book had been formatted better I would have rated it higher as you'd be able to appreciate the pictures more and children could see them better as you're reading the text.
The plot is a basic one, a dinosaur refuses to brush its teeth, not caring about the consequences that affect others such as bad breath. However one day it wakes up with a painful mouth.
