This rating is for the sleaziest online presentation I have ever endured in order to arrive at the place where I can get this book for free, only to find out that I have to subscribe to a 20 cents per day newsletter. Mark Stengler, forget Jesus. Will YOU be my Lord and Savior? Just kidding!!!!
