Great little toothbrush for my two year old grandson. He loves it and I know it is helping clean his teeth better than he would allow with a standard brush that doesn't spin. Thomas the train is a big draw for him too..

Push Thomas up to keep brush on/spinning!

My 18 month old son loves this toothbrush! You push down on Thomas, and push up slightly-- this keeps the toothbrush on/spinning... You DO NOT need to hold Thomas the entire time as stated in other reviews. My son was getting bored with traditional toothbrushes, so this was perfect! He looks forward to brushing and does it for longer now that he has this Thomas spinbrush. I'd recommend it!
