You can floss, brush and use a Waterpick but there is still remnants of food around the teeth at gumline- Flossing clean between but this gets a little below gum line and you'd be surprise at residue left after trying all other cleaning options. I go around each tooth front and back with the point down at the gum line and my mouth feels so much cleaner after using this tool. A tool like this will save your teeth into your old age, I am sure.
Between this tool and flossing you will feel the difference.
