 No good for Gum Health

I have gum issues related to immunosuppression and thought I would try this rinse, based on other Amazon reviews. I followed the instructions exactly, rinsing twice a day and waiting the prescribed 30 minutes afterward. I hoped my gums would benefit and doing the rinse would be worth the numb tongue and bad taste. However, after three months of using, I just went to the dentist. The results: my teeth are markedly more stained, and my gums show no improvement. If anything, the periodonital hygenist said more plaque was adhering to the stained areas. I brought the bottle and box to the dentist, who read the ingredients and said nothing in it would help with my periodontal issues. I'm throwing my next bottle away. The dentist recommended sticking with flossing and a waterpik.

It does what it promises. It's cleared up my minor gum issue in 4 days. It tastes much better and has fewer side effects that reviews suggest.
