This is great even if you don't have braces(which I don't have)...has very good angle especially to brush between back teeth...I use a regular toothbrush along with this interdental brush, and floss.I haven't been able to find something that works this well since Py-co-pay seems to have quit making one several years ago.

The item is ok for it's intended use, although it does add much value. Just ok, but if you use it in conjunction with a Sonicare toothbrush you will be ok.
