This book was a good read, well worth purchasing. Rather than making a miraculous difference in one or two aspects of my practice, it has made a generally wide turnaround in attitude and ways to approach patients regarding payment options, etc. Despite being an older book, this book still applies for all of a today's standard private practices and I would highly recommend it!
