Product Description:

All kinds of riches await you in Million Dollar Dentistry. In this book, Gary Kadi, nationally acclaimed creator of NextLevel Practice, which has profoundly transformed dental practices across the United States, shares his extraordinary coaching methods. These are the very methods for which his clients pay six-figure fees. Now you can transform your own practice with Gary's unique approach.

"All I've already told several of you about the book I recently read, Million Dollar Dentistry, but I wanted to make a concerted effort to get the word out to you all. Million Dollar Dentistry is awesome and whether you are in general practice or specialize, it is a must read. I liked it so much that I've bought half a dozen copies to pass around and you are welcome to borrow one, but it is worth the 25 bucks you will pay for your own copy (you will want to mark in the book and read it more than once I'm sure). I just ordered his latest book, Raise Your HDL, and will give you a book report on it shortly. Enjoy the book!" --Ben Burris, DDS

5.0 out of 5 stars.  A Must-Read, Eye-Opening Book, November 25, 2014
By NYer (Los Angeles, CA)
Ah. Finally. I have four siblings and two of them are dentists along with their husbands. What did I do when I finished reading this book? I told them to go read it! Let me tell you why...Kadi has an approach that allows our 21st Century dentist practitioners the opportunity to inform the world on a truth that has been too slow in coming. That a person's oral health is not just about cavities and root canals...not just about annual cleaning visits only to never return again. Your oral health is crucial to your overall health.

This book isn't rocket science. The points brought up in this book were not new points, to me at least. But the fact that this is a model that truly focuses on the specific, hard issues of why a practice may not be succeeding the way it should and explains, step-by-step, how to overcome these 'profit-killing' issues in every practice is what kept me reading right to the end!

Mr Kadi's ability to relate not just to the professional world in which dentists and dental teams work in but also their psychological/personal world too, is what makes this book so successful and a great read! It is a business model turned personal and THAT is the key to its success! Kadi encourages the reader to dream BIG while also teaching them the baby steps to accomplishing said dream. It was refreshing! Easy to read, easy to believe and leaves no room for guess work! Patients will get better care, the dental team will feel more accomplished and appreciated and the Dentist will be able to enjoy working less hours while making more money! What is not to love?

4.0 out of 5 stars.  Leadership In Dentistry: Value Added for Patients Rocks!, September 19, 2013
By Tom Barley
Kadi writes this book using a different assumption rather than the prevailing one that exists in the profession. Specifically, the prevailing assumption among most practices is that most dental patients "cannot afford complete care...and seek care only when notable and persistent pain occurs." Kadi writes that he is "establishing a proactive approach...to offset these beliefs and behaviors." The book outlines a complete approach to patient education that includes not only dental problem solving but also addressing patient needs and fear assessments. This author's approach extends patients' essential care through preventive care and cosmetic treatment marketing. The book culminates in what he calls NextLevel Methodology(TM). This methodology is presented in a sequential manner beginning with a fictional story of a dentist who operates his practice from an egotistical perspective disregarding patient needs and fears, and continuing on through appropriate cash flow management techniques, hygiene patient educational procedures, team building and treatment coordinator marketing and finally reaching his Next Level in Your Practice.

I gave this book a four star rating because the author integrates, theory, practical application and anticipated results underscored by interesting "real life (but fictionalized for anonymity) scenarios" told as stories to increase reader interest in the processes or procedures he is demonstrating.

My dislike about this book is that very little exemplary data is presented to demonstrate successful application of Next Level techniques. However I do understand the subtle marketing of "NextLevel Practice" consulting implied in Gary Kadi's contribution here. What is most likeable about this book is the accessibility of the writing style for both the dental professional and lay readers.

I would highly recommend this book to all dental professional team members and patients who are interested in establishing the criteria by which they select a dental practice for their own needs. Thank you.

3.0 out of 5 stars.  A few new ideas, September 14, 2013
By Melissa Duncan
I have been in the dental field for the last 28 years. Always searching for one new idea to add to my practice. Not much new here. I am resolved to stay with the Cathy Jameson approach.

1.0 out of 5 stars.  This book is not for everyone!!, March 20, 2013
By Dr. Jay
First, I liked what I read in the book, it's pretty convincing so I became a Gary's client and our team started working with Gary's team did not work. Holy S** it's disaster!. They charged a lot of money for something did not working for my office. I complained, first they tried to work with us, but we did not go any where. Our team wanted to cancel the contract, but Gary's team wanted to find a reason not give you money back. Then during the process, I learned that this group have some illegal issues! They do not practice what they preach! If I had known Dr. D's review sooner, it would helped me a great deal. Be very careful what you're about to getting into!!

4.0 out of 5 stars.  Definitely worth a read, February 09, 2013

Really enjoyable with thought provoking ideas. Gary describes the perfect scenarios and makes you feel they are completely achievable and while you are reading the book you believe they are. However when you sit back and probe deeper some of the ideas put forward are very superficial and I think they only way to implement them would be through his coaching.
