This book provided the excellent advice we needed, being new married owners of an orthodontic practice. Recommended by Dr. Law at 2016 AAO, we are so glad to have had the opportunity to engage with such little known wisdom of business ownership. We had already started on some of the recommendations (writing job descriptions & guides), but this book was invaluable in providing advice on all the nuances of new business ownership. We might be hiring a personal assistant after this, and that is a very very good thing!!
