A simple and easy read which is very helpful for any physician in or thinking of private practice.
1. The message is simple and clear
2. It can drive you to think about developing a private practice that works as a good business and even an enterprise
What I liked less about it:
It's a first step and by no means a comprehensive book.

This book does give a nice philosophy of how to structure your practice so that you get more out of it, but there are almost no concrete examples of how to implement that philosophy.
